Made in the USA, Zero Halliburton briefcases have worldwide respect.

A Zero Halliburton briefcase is so secure that even the United States governments "Nuclear Football" which would be used by the President to order a nuclear attack, is a modified Zero Halliburton briefcase. Not only are Zero Halliburton briefcases secure, but they are also very good looking metal briefcases. Zero Halliburton briefcases have been used and seen in over 200 Hollywood movies. Besides being more secure and durable than a leather or cloth case, a Zero Halliburton aluminum briefcase features an interlocking tongue-and-groove closure with a neoprene gasket to seal tightly to protect against water and dust. Zero Halliburton also offers a superb line of carbon-fiber briefcases, which are even lighter than their aluminum counterparts, yet of the same world-class quality.

An amazing manufacturing process goes into making each and every Zero Halliburton briefcase, with outstanding attention to detail, the result is simply the worlds finest briefcase. According to the Zero Halliburton website, every aluminum ZERO Halliburton briefcase starts with a two-ton coil of aircraft-grade aluminum and is then cut into individual pieces. The aluminum is “deep-drawn” over special steel dies using 440 tons of pressure. As the shape of the Zero Halliburton briefcase starts to form, the molecular structure of the aluminum actually changes, resulting in the beginnings of a Zero Halliburton shell that's free of wrinkling, distortion and manufacturing inconsistencies. The Zero Halliburton briefcase shell is then heated to more than 1000 degrees Fahrenheit and quickly cooled, making the aluminum even stronger and more durable. Each Zero Halliburton briefcase shell is then buffed and electro-chemically anodized to add color and prevent corrosion.

The Zero Halliburton company originally started out as the Zierold Company, a metal fabricator in the 1930's. At that time, the company had no relationship with Halliburton. In 1946 the company changed it's name to Zero Corporation and in 1952 purchased the luggage division of Halliburton. It was Erle P. Halliburton, the founder, that in 1938 commissioned the original aluminum case from aircraft engineers because he determined that other types of luggage was too fragile to endure travelling through the rough Texas oil fields. Today, Zero Halliburton is a part of Zero Manufacturing, Inc. of Salt Lake City, Utah. Since 1938 Zero Halliburton has specialized in high quality aluminum cases with a timeless and classic design "using compound curves, horizontal lines and simple arcs. These design elements, combined with the use of premium materials, make up the Zero Halliburton "Brand DNA”—the essence that inspires the brand's unique look and appeal."
